Dear Advanced Windows,

The siding installers from Advanced Windows (Mark and Cody) did an absolutely amazing job with my house. Prior to the start of the job, Mark walked around the house with me and talked me through the process. He gave me an idea of the length of time required to complete the project and they came in pretty much on time. I say pretty much because they were forced to work around crazy weather (hail in August!). I could count on Mark keeping me in the loop about their progress, weekends they would be working, time off for a funeral, etc. My old wood siding was in rough shape in a few areas, so they had to do a few repairs before moving forward. They showed me what they were doing and clearly explained why certain things had to happen.

I also had a lot of electrical/phone/cable wires along the backside of my house and they did a fantastic job of bundling them all together and then covering them so the façade of the house now looks clean and orderly. Throughout the project, not only did they patiently answer any questions I had, but they also put up with my family randomly dropping by to see the progress and ask questions of their own. Mark and Cody were very friendly, professional and hard working. As I looked at their progress each day, I could tell they were more concerned about doing the job right than finishing quickly – and I really appreciated that.

Now that my house is finished, I am so glad I made the decision to invest in vinyl siding. The house looks fantastic and I know it will require far less maintenance than my old wood siding. Although there were a few bumps at the beginning of the process (it took a little longer for the project to start), the end product was worth the wait.

I also wanted to share my thoughts on a few other individuals involved in this project. Sheldon and Ken were very professional and knowledgeable about their product. Sheldon offered a creative recommendation for my carport which turned out great! I could count on them returning my calls as necessary and answering any additional questions I might have had. There was a slight lag in communication and a delayed start to my project. Once I raised the concern to Ken, he quickly researched the issue and provided me a clear picture of what happened and the actions they would be taking to resolve the problem. I appreciated his quick response and the candidness in explaining what happened.

I also wanted to recognize the gutter installer (James?) for working around my schedule so he could meet with me to discuss the placement of the downspouts. He also offered some great suggestions to work around my rose bushes and wiring. He was friendly, professional and very efficient at installing the gutters.

Ken, who visits and writes up the order for our windows, always comes soon after our call, sometimes even the same day. We always get to schedule our favorite installer, Dave. The lady who answers the phone always finds an answer to our questions. They have wonderful specialists to solve our problems. Everyone is really nice and great to work with. They even do little extras to make us feel like we’re their best customer, even though we can only order 2 windows each time, and then save for more. I am writing a short note on my windows and patio door. I purchased them about four years ago. We had aluminum window frames and a metal door previous. As it is very cold in Morgan we had frost inside the windows all the time and air coming in during the high wind days. The grandchildren were always knocking the door off track and it was also frosted. The window/doors have blocked street noise and we have no air coming around the seals and we have not had to put our sliding patio door back on track since it was installed. We have added grandchildren during that time who now also use the door to access our back yard.

I would like to recognize Advanced Windows for the fantastic product and the fabulous job they provided for me on my house. My son and I checked out other companies as well, but we were convinced that Todd offered the past product with the best price.

I am so pleased with the quality of the windows. I can open them with such ease to feel the fresh air and the breeze in the mornings and evenings. I love the way they disconnect for cleaning, and with the NEAT silver oxide coating on the outside, my cleaning efforts will be minimal. I Love my windows.

I want to emphasize also the work ethic of David and his partner. They worked carefully in their installing nine windows. There was no rush. There was no idle chatter. They conferred with each other and then did the job, laboring from 9:30 am until 5:00 pm. I had Advanced Window’s put new windows in my home in April. I was very satisfied with the product. They look really nice in my home and I am glad that the salesman talked me into putting in the beige color. They blend well with my brick. I like the long sliding windows in the front of my home where I used to have the large window on the top and the two smaller ones below.

I have not had them long enough to know if they are saving me money on my electric and gas bills but I have noticed with all the wind that we have had lately, that I can’t feel the cold coming through my bedroom window as much.
